Right after the previous location(Dead Manling) you'll come to the dungeon. There it is.

Throws player in movement direction for 16m. No damage he receives during the spell.

After bossfight you'll get to the dungeon

6)Golden Eye lv. 2

Causes an explosion on area. 31-83 HP damage to each enemy.
